The current range of education and training from the IGR Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie and the Mensch&Büro-Akademie.
In a tried and trusted form in terms of the knowledge transfer and at the same time always kept up to the latest level of work science.
These courses are aimed at companies and authorities that wish to impart valuable and practical knowledge for healthy behaviour at the workplace to all their employees.
Because the subject of demographics has been a factor in companies for some time: A shortage of young people and the aging of the workforce urgently demand systematic employee training. So that they remain healthy and are at the same time able to pass on their knowledge to others.
Multipliers and ambassadors for healthier working are trained who can detect ergonomic and/or stress-related problems at an early stage and taking preventative action.
The training concept has been developed by the IGR e.V. in collaboration with the Mensch&Büro-Akademie and comprises three formats that are aimed at differing target groups in companies and authorities. Within this, the areas of administration and production are covered separately.
Ergonomics Coach Administration (IGR e.V. cert.)
In this course an in-depth knowledge about ergonomics and the topic of environmental and behavioural ergonomics is communicated. The special coaching element permits additional staff to be instructed as appropriate and to turn them in to multipliers for healthier working in the company.

The new training format from 2018. Ergonomics Coach Seating Ergonomics.
In recent years very varied types of seating concepts and philosophies have developed.
This seminar helps to give an orientation and gives insights and practical help relating to the subject areas of:
Functional anatomy, biomechanics, application and assessment of various techniques,
seating as a starting point for ergonomics in the office, T.O.P. (Technical, Organizational, Personal) elements Model 4.0, challenge of working in an pen office environment and many other subjects.
Duration: 2 days.

Ergonomics Coach Production (IGR e.V. cert.)
What does ergonomics mean and what importance does ergonomics have in production workplaces?
You learn how to detect ergonomic problems at extremely varied production workplaces, how to make them clear and then of course to point out solutions; for example, possible changes to the workplace to avoid an unhealthy working position. Not only the necessary fundamentals of ergonomics are communicated during the training. The participants additionally gain knowledge of the legal conditions – for example, the meaning of risk assessment. In addition, you are presented with various assessment methods. Keywords in this context would be such as the OWAS method or the key indicator method. This all sounds very complex, but it is thoroughly suitable for daily life. However, these cases always deal with the workplace and its assessment and not with the actual workers and their workload. The participants are taught the necessary practical insight for this in a practical manner.
The training is a cooperation between the Mensch&Büro-Akademie and the IGR Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie. The content of the training is subject to inspection by the IGR e.V. Nuremberg and the test is also certified by the IGR e.V..

Risk assessment at administrative workplaces
Learn how to detect risks and to be able to offer improvements!
Detect risks at administrative workplaces, take the correct documentation actions and list suggestions for improvements. These are the main points of the day seminar. In addition, the course teaches what risk assessment means and what legal conditions are of significance for this. All participants additionally receive checklists and a sample analysis sheet. Under the designation of “The opportunities through risk assessment” the advantages of a risk assessment are presented in detail both for staff and management.
