The IGR seminar “Better sell with expertise ergonomics” now online. The IGR has developed this training format specifically for providers of ergonomic products and services. Now also optionally as an online seminar! Current developments under pandemic conditions will also be taken into account. Especially when it comes to the fundamental changes in the world of work, especially the topic of home office in the area of tension between mobile working and teleworking. Of course, we continue to stick to the classic topics around the concepts of technical and behavioural ergonomics and how we can implement them in a successful way.
For all those who are active in sales, the questions arise again and again:
- how do I present the special characteristics of my products and services in such a way that they stand out from the competition?
- What makes a real unique selling point?
- How do I identify the target groups that are relevant to me or how do I address the important opinion leaders and multipliers?
The aim is to provide ergonomic expertise specifically for sales staff in order to be able to communicate the product characteristics to the customer in the direction of the corresponding target groups. In addition to the purchasing department, these can be, for example, occupational health management, occupational safety, or personnel management. Multipliers who have a decisive say in procurement.
