The IGR seminar “Better selling with ergonomics expertise”

The IGR has developed this training format especially for providers of ergonomic products and services. Because questions are always asked of those people who are actively involved in sales work:

  • How do I present the special features of my products in such a way that they positively stand out from the competition?
  • What is the essential element in a true unique selling point?
  • How do I identify the target groups that are most relevant for me and how do I come into contact with the important opinion formers and multipliers?

The aim is the imparting of ergonomic expertise especially for sales staff so that the product features are able to be more confidently communicated to the appropriate target group at the customers. In addition to the Purchasing department, this may also be such as the Occupational Health Management department, Industrial Safety or also the Personnel department. Multipliers who have a decisive say in procurement matters.
