"Workplace Health" is the top priority.

With the help of the Interessengemeinschaft der Rückenschullehrer/innen e.V. (IGR) and the SI Academy, office employees at MAN Truck & Bus AG in Munich were specifically trained as "ergonomics coaches".
The certification of the first ten ergonomics coaches in March 2017 was a significant step in the design of healthy workplaces at MAN Truck & Bus AG. The coaches are to help colleagues adjust their workplace ergonomically. Their own individual advice and assistance is just as important as redesigning office space to eliminate sources of noise and avoid stress.
Award-winning activities
For this commitment, MAN also received the special "Platinum Healthy Workplace" award from the Institute for Corporate Values (IFU) and was honored in Berlin at the beginning of June 2017 as one of 15 "most active companies" in Germany.
