Companies make health part of the business

Can education about ergonomic work and back health be entertaining and maybe even fun? The IGR Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie e.V. proves that this is indeed possible with its "fresh ergonomics seminars". The specialists for ergonomics do not want to convey the contents with a raised eyebrow, but rather deliberately focus on conveying them with a sense of entertainment.

"With fresh ergonomics, we are primarily addressing employees in worplace health management. In 2 hours, they learn how they can sustainably improve awareness of ergonomics and the accompanying changes behaviour in their companies," explains Christian Brunner, First Chairman of the Institute. "For this, we also offer a whole range of very effective visualisation tools." The comgenial way of conveying information is deliberately called "ergotainment" at the IGR, a term that is even been protected by law. Participation in the seminars is free of charge, but advanced registration is necessary.
