The new training formats of the Institute for Health and Ergonomics are, in addition to the established training courses, primarily aimed at practitioners from the manufacturers' sales departments and the qualified specialist trade:
"Selling better with ergonomics expertise".
The IGR has developed this training format especially for suppliers of ergonomic products and services.
Because for all those who are actively involved in sales, the same questions arise again and again:
- How do I present the special features of my products and services in such a way that they stand out positively from the competition?
- What constitutes a real unique selling point?
- How do I identify the target groups relevant to me or how do I address the important opinion of thought leaders and multipliers?
The aim of the seminar
You will gain confidence in your argumentation when talking to customers or advising them when it comes to
questions around the topic of ergonomics.
"Certified Sleep Consultant Ergonomics"
The IGR has developed this training format especially for suppliers of mattresses and sleep systems or specialist advisors from the bed and mattress trade.
The seminar can be booked exclusively for companies as a comany-internal event.
The aim of the seminar
You will gain confidence in your argumentation when talking to customers and advising them on the subject of "ergonomically correct and therefore healthier sleeping".
Ergonomic expertise is imparted especially for vendors and sales staff in order to always be able to communicate product features with their customers in a safe and needs-oriented manner.
