The new training formats of the IGR are aimed, in addition to the familiar training courses, particularly at practitioners from the sales departments of manufacturers and from qualified dealers.

“Better selling with ergonomics expertise”

The IGR has developed this training format especially for providers of ergonomic products and services.

Because questions are always asked of those people who are actively involved in sales work:

  • How do I present the special features of my products in such a way that they positively stand out from the competition?
  • What is essential in a true unique selling point?
  • How do I identify the target groups that are most relevant for me and how do I approach the important opinion formers and multipliers?

The aim of the seminar

You gain confidence in your line of argument in discussions with customers and in the giving of advice when

questions relating to the subject of ergonomics come up.

“Certified Sleep Consultant in Ergonomics”

The IGR has developed this training format especially for providers of mattresses and sleep systems and specialist advisors at bed and mattress dealers.

The seminar can be exclusively booked for companies as an internal event.

The aim of the seminar

You gain confidence in your line of argument in discussions with customers and in the giving of advice when questions relating to the subject of: “Ergonomically correct and therefore healthier sleep” come up.

Ergonomic expertise especially for sales people and staff is imparted so that the product features are able to be communicated to the customers in an increasingly confident and needs-based manner.
