In addition to the familiar training courses, the new training formats from the Institute for Health and Ergonomics are primarily aimed at practitioners from manufacturers’ sales departments and qualified specialist retailers:

“Better selling with ergonomics expertise”

The IGR has developed this training format especially for providers of ergonomic products and services.

Because for all those who are actively involved in sales, the questions arise again and again:

  • How do I present the special features of my products and services so that they stand out from the competition?
  • What constitutes a truly unique selling point?
  • How do I identify the target groups relevant to me and how do I address the important opinion leaders and multipliers?

The aim of the seminar

You will gain confidence in your arguments when talking to customers or giving advice when it comes to

questions relating to ergonomics.

“Certified sleep consultant for ergonomics”

The IGR has developed this training format especially for suppliers of mattresses and sleep systems and specialist consultants from the bed and mattress trade.

The seminar can be booked exclusively for companies as an internal event.

The aim of the seminar

You will gain confidence in your arguments when talking to customers or giving advice when it comes to questions on the subject of “Ergonomically correct and therefore healthier sleep”.

Ergonomic specialist knowledge is imparted specifically for salespeople and sales staff so that they can always communicate product features to customers reliably and in line with their needs.
