Answers to the questions of our time

Nuremberg and Munich in April 2022

Current events are accelerating the restructuring of the manufacturing industry even further. Digitalization and climate neutrality are among the parameters for achieving qualitative growth targets. More than ever before, the focus is on the question of how our way of working is adapting to change. Answers to these questions will be provided at the 9th Integrated Conference on Ergonomics & Industrial Engineering on 4. and May 5 in Munich.

The event, which will once again feature top-class speakers, will focus on how companies are managing the digital transformation. What new role will industrial engineering play as a central interface? What special challenges arise in the production of e-vehicles? How can the increasing flexibility of production be taken into account? What is the long-term practical experience of using exoskeletons for overhead work? How can artificial intelligence and robotics be used intelligently in aircraft handling and how can robots be used in a human-friendly and efficient way? Are the original ergonomic tools still suitable for today’s working environment? What cost-equivalent and health-promoting tools are actually available in practice?
