The IGR seminar “Sell better with ergonomics expertise” now online.
The IGR has developed this training format especially for providers of ergonomic products and services.
Now optionally available as an online seminar! Current developments under the conditions of the pandemic are also taken into account. Especially when it comes to the fundamental changes in the world of work, above all the topic of working from home in the field of tension between mobile working and teleworking. Of course, we will continue to work on the classic topics relating to the concepts of relationship and behavioral ergonomics and how we can implement these effectively.
Because for all those who are actively involved in sales, the questions arise again and again:
- How do I present the special features of my products and services in such a way that they stand out from the competition?
- What constitutes a truly unique selling point?
- How do I identify the target groups relevant to me and how do I address the important opinion leaders and multipliers?
The aim is to impart ergonomic expertise specifically for sales staff in order to be able to communicate product features to the relevant target groups at the customer with confidence. In addition to Purchasing, this can include, for example, company health management, occupational safety or personnel management. Multipliers who have a decisive say in procurement.
